Glide ("we", "us") builds deal memory for B2B sales teams. This page explains what we collect, why we process it, and the controls you retain when you use GlideAI.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, work email, company), product usage events, and content you choose to connect from CRM, email, meetings, and related systems so Glide can reconstruct deal context.
How we use data
We use data to operate deal memory, run workflows you configure, write results back to systems you authorize, improve reliability, and secure the service. Customer content is not used to train public foundation models.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data with subprocessors required to run infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and integrations you connect. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and rights
We retain data while your workspace is active and as needed for legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data.
